Shipping & Returns
We carefully package all plants and pots to ensure they arrive in great condition. Orders ship within 1–3 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 days, depending on location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with free shipping on orders over $75. Live plants are packed with care and only shipped early in the week to minimize time in transit.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're not happy with your order, pots and accessories can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, as long as they’re unused and in original packaging. Live plants are final sale, but if yours arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll help resolve it. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless there’s a mistake or damage on arrival.
